I am working with an IT company. Considering some recent scenarios, some of our project managers has lost them charm with their team. Team members are no more trust in them. For small small issues they prefer to meet HR / Centre Head.
As an HR, we do Personal counseling of managers but somehow that is not helping out.
Can you please suggest what type of practices / trainings can be conducted to improve Project manager's "People / Team Management" skills.
