Ensuring Compliance with ESIC Procedures
After employees are registered under ESIC, please ensure that their Pehchan Cards (Identity Cards), including Family Identity Cards, are prepared and handed over to all concerned covered employees.
Please also ensure that the contributions in respect of all employees are deposited with the authorized bank of ESIC well in time.
Please also ensure that the online process of submitting details of contributions, as per the instructions of ESIC, is complied with in respect of all such covered employees.
Please also ensure that as and when there is any accident/employment injury to any of your employees within and out of the course of employment, a necessary report is submitted to the appropriate Branch Office of ESIC/ESI Dispensary.
Please also properly guide covered employees to claim benefits from their Branch offices and fill up and submit the forms as may be desired by the appropriate Branch Office of ESIC.
