Hello everyone, I am new to this forum. I am currently employed as an HR professional in an IT company. We recently implemented the ESIC scheme in our organization, but it seems to be causing some issues for our employees. This scheme wasn't in place before, and its sudden introduction has led to deductions that are impacting the employees' net take-home pay.
I would appreciate it if anyone could shed light on whether there is a process that allows employees to opt-out of this scheme. Thank you.
