Myself kapil and I am working as an HR compliance executive in pvt. Company henceforth I want to konw till what Employees strength we have to need to register under Epf or we can take Epf code? Also please tell the way that how I will apply for Epf code??

Dear Kapil,
Employee strength should be 20 or more than 20 then your organization can register under EPF.

Here i have one query that we had sub code in Chennai but we closed it on Feb'2012 and start contribution paying from Delhi as we have done centralize PF for our all Eighteen branches but now for online transfer from Chennai to Delhi code i need to take online User Id and password for that chn surrendered code..will you please let me know that how i will get this???
