Stuck Between Jobs: Can I Move On Without a Relieving Letter? Need Advice!

I have been working for a company for the last 3 and a half years, and now I want to leave as I have a better offer. They have verbally told me that they don't want me to leave, and they have even blocked my salary. However, I have sent my resignation to the CEO and HR. Since there is no notice period mentioned in my appointment letter, I thought that 15 days would be perfect, as my past colleagues have done so.

My current company has not replied to my email. My new company is not willing to extend my joining date. In my appointment letter, there is a clause stating that if I have been on leave without any notification for 10 days, my job is automatically terminated.

So, can I take an experience letter from my colleagues and leave the current job? Please help me.

You can request your HR to sign the resignation letter with the company seal, stating that it has been accepted. This is a clear indication that you are being relieved from your duties. This should be sufficient to start with.
