Masters In Psyhology For Training And Development Field - A Good Option?

I am a DGM training with a BPO and wish to enhance my career. I am planning to do masters in Psychology, but would need advice if that would add up to my career if I wish to stay in the management role and in the training function. Will this really add value to my profile.

Pooja, I would go by GVkumaar recommendation. Explore short programs as well that require focused commitment and gives a wide range of perspective.

you can also opt for MHROD it has a full unit of ORGANISATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY and the course is specially structured for HRs and ODs.
but i am not aware of the scope, asking for experts for the same.

Thank you Satish for your suggestion. I have done BCA from IGNOU in my grad. Which University do you suggest, I should go with for Applied Psychology and do you recommend MA or MSC?
