I would like to present a small excerpt on Referral Programs from my thesis on "Recruiter"

Referral programs are no different than any advertising or marketing campaign designed to get people to do something we want. As such, slogans can be borrowed from the advertising world that helps stake out mental real estate for our program. Much like the Budweiser campaigns, we can change slogans periodically to keep the excitement level up.
