Is Experience Certificate Issued By A Small IT Company Registered Under Small Scale Industries Valid?

mk3237
I worked at a small IT company for one year during June 2010 - July 2011. The company was registered in 2005 under Small Scale Industries Act. They issued an experience letter for me. Is it valid? Will there be any problem during background verification if I join any public or private sector organisation?

Hi,
when they have registered then that document will be considerable in any sector.

That means my experience certificate is valid and no reason to worry. Isn't it?

Dear MK,
Experience certificate issued by any Firm as proof of your service in the Firm is valid, irrespective of its registration under any Act. The only criterion is that whenever any background verification is done, there must be proper feedback from the Firm.
