This will be led by a process lead or process owner and carried out by associates, executives, and senior executives.
For example, if an employee joins, the joining team will take care of the joining formalities, check the quality of the JK, and generate an Employee code. After the employee code creation, the Background Verification team will start verifying the previous employment and education certificates. If an employee resigns from a company, the FFS team will handle that. Every operation has its unique process structure.
