How Can I Report a Noida Developer for Skipping Employee Benefits Like PF and Insurance?

I want to launch a complaint against a real estate developer company based out of Noida, which, despite employing more than 100 employees, does not provide for PF, ESI, insurance, and medical benefits.

I would request members to guide the process required to do the same and, if possible, provide contact details of the Labor Office that can be approached directly in Noida.

If you want to submit any representation to the EPFO & ESI authorities for the Noida area, the offices are located in Noida itself. You can get their addresses or emails from their websites.

So far as the offices of the Labour Department for the Noida area are concerned, you can also get the addresses for the Noida area from the website of the State Government of Uttar Pradesh.

Can you guide me to their relevant websites? Is it also possible to file an anonymous complaint without coming into the limelight?

As per the instructions of the Central Government, anonymous complaints are not attended to or looked into by the authorities. However, they can be considered if complete facts are provided for investigation. This decision depends on their discretion.
