Starting a New Company: What Documents Do You Need for a Labor License Application?

Please suggest what documents are required and what is the procedure for applying for a labor license for a new company?

Registration under the Contract Labour (Reg. & Abo.) Act, 1970

The application for registration shall be submitted in duplicate in Form-I, either personally or by registered post, to the registering officer (see Form-I). The application shall be accompanied by a treasury receipt showing payment of the registration fee (see registration fee table).

Upon receipt of the application, an acknowledgment shall be issued. The certificate of registration issued shall be in Form-II (see Form II).
