my boss give my incentive of payment recovery in cash plus salary in bank so how do i show all in salary slip. incentive value is change every month as per recovery amount, how to show.

what if we pay incentive to any employee and dont show it in Salary slip ?
is it okay to not to show in salary slip BUT i think it will come in total taxable income of employee and will be show in Form 16A.
please advise correct way to show in accounts.
