Hi, I have joined a company as an HR, and the company has no policy regarding leave since it's a small IT company. I need to frame a leave policy for the organization. Please help.
Please follow the simple structure outlined below:
1. Provide CL-12 every year.
2. SL-6 leaves in total provided yearly, totaling 18 leaves annually, along with 8 compulsory public holidays.
3. Maternity leave - 84 days for completion of 240 days of working in the preceding year (with full wages).
