I am an MBA HR with 3 years of experience. I started my career as a recruiter in a consultancy. After that, it was very difficult to transition into an HR Generalist role. Currently, I am associated with a company as an HR executive, but my Key Result Areas (KRA) do not include generalist responsibilities. Furthermore, my salary has not increased satisfactorily over time. I am facing the challenge of "saturated career growth."
