In case of termination, employer has reserved right period which is called as Probation period, in such period employment is not confirm, it is period which given to employer by the law, where they can judge his performance & decide, whether they wish to confirm his employment, but, in same time, there is no reason to argue that, any termination of employment is subject to valid reason on the same.
