Why Haven't I Received My Job Offer Letter Yet and What Should I Do About It?

I have been selected by a big organization as a graduate apprentice since I am new to employment. However, after my selection process, they have not provided me with any job offer letter or joining letter. Please tell me the reason for this.

What other benefits provided by the company might I not receive in the future? I need a joining letter to present at various places as needed. Some people are suggesting that I produce a fake joining letter. What should I do?

Don't produce fake certificates ever because when an organization conducts document verification, they will realize that the document you produced was fake. This could tarnish your reputation. It is better to approach the management and request the official joining letter.

You have not mentioned whether you are already working without a joining/offer letter. In case you are, please ask for a letter. Mail your request to HR. Otherwise, please call the concerned HR for the joining letter, who confirmed that you are selected. If they do not respond, please continue attending interviews.
