Struggling with My PhD Research Proposal in HRM – Can Anyone Offer Guidance?

Dear all, Hope you all are doing fine. I have recently completed my MBA. Now, I am applying for the Overseas PhD Scholarship. I am interested in HRM. They require a one-page research proposal, and I don't know how to write a research proposal for a PhD. Through this forum, I am requesting guidance on the above matter. I will be very grateful to you.

Additionally, I would like to know about MPHIL in HRM. Could you also shed light on the future prospects and information about universities offering these programs?

Do I need to pursue an MBA course for this since I have a Diploma? Please advise.
