Please Guide Me - Research Proposal For PHD

Dear all
Hope u all are doig fine. I have recently completed my MBA.Now i am applying for the Overseas PHD Scholarship. i am interested in HRM.
They required one page research proposal and i dont know how to write a research proposal for PHD. So through this forum i am requesting to guide me on the above matter.
I will be very greatfull to you.

iam presently applying for a mphil in hrm and would wish to write the research proposal and getting lot of difficulties please advise

I am Gunjan Khaitan doing PGDM in HR. I want ur help. I wanna do PHD in HRM. What is it all abt. Whats MPHIL in HRM? Also tell me the future prospects and abt universities. Do I have to do an MBA course for this since mine is a Diploma.
