Last Two Years Form 16 Not Received From Employer

Dear Members, I am working in Sodexo Chennai, My salary is eligible for income tax deduction. My salary is 2.3 lacks per annum. But last two years I have not received form 16 from my employer. How can i download form 16 from income tax website? Please suggest?

Only your employer can download your Form 16, Please contact your finance department of your company , they will help you out.If your already coming under taxable salary than have not filled the your IT Returns from last two years??, Please file your return on time.
