Missing Form 16 for Two Years: How Can I Download It from the Income Tax Website?

I am working at Sodexo Chennai. My salary is eligible for income tax deduction, and it amounts to 2.3 lakhs per annum. However, for the past two years, I have not received Form 16 from my employer. Could you please advise me on how to download Form 16 from the income tax website?

Only your employer can download your Form 16. Please contact your finance department at your company; they will help you out. If you are already under a taxable salary and have not filed your IT returns for the last two years, please file your return on time.
