May I request for a copy Model Standing Orders applicable in Orrisa state?

Draft Standing Orders are available in this Forum Please make out a fresh DSO applicable to
your company/industry in Orissa. Then go ahead with certification of the same.
If you have registered trade unions, the procedure will be taken more time.

We due respect to you and to your chair, Need your valuable guidelines about Gratuity Act, We have taken Employee Group Gratuity Assurance Scheme from LIC,
My Quires are :-
Does it is mandatory to obtain Form F - Nomination Form of each employee to be held on record.?
Does it is mandatory to Give Notice of Opening to respective area Controlling Authority ?
Does it is mandatory to display Notice about Authorised Representative to receive Notice under Rule 4 ?
Does it is mandatory to inform the controlling authority about settlement / Payment made toward Gratuity.

Q. No. 1 - Nomination - Yes, the same has to be obtained from all employees .
Q. No.2 to 4 - belong to the compliance part. Same need to be complied with, if your company wish to fully comply with provisions.
