The concept of joining bonus is practically applicable to advance countries such as US, Germany etc. where you want to attract the new entrants. We normally have sufficient persons available for our joining, provided the company is a normal one and the job requirements are not exceptional. We offer here yearly bonus which is paid at the end of one year so that the new entrant may continue for a minimum period one year after joining and the attrition rate is not increased. All the bonuses, what soever name is given to it, are taxable.
