Change of Director Notification

Recently, in the organization, the Director has been changed. My query is, to whom do we have to inform under different laws and within which deadline?

Thanks in advance for your response.

Best regards,

If the company is incorporated under the Companies Act and the Director is on the Board, Form 32 has to be electronically filed by the authorized representative of the Board with the respective Registrar of Companies. Your auditor or company secretary would typically handle this task.

I would like to add Mohan Kumar, as under:

Whenever there is any change in the information given to any authority, you should intimate the change to that authority. You should intimate the change to every authority under various Labour Laws. Certain authorities require the intimation in a prescribed form/format such as PF Form 5A, ESI Form 01, S&E Form E, Factory - change of manager Form 5, etc. Where any license, certificate of registration, code number, etc., is issued, in such cases you should obtain the change incorporated/endorsed on such license, certificate, code, etc.
