Please help me out.
What are the types of PF forms (according to PF rules) which should be filled by an employer for an employee, from the starting of his job till he resigns? Can anyone give me detail description?

Hi Vijay,
Please note the Form No. of PF:-
Form No. 2:- Nomination & Declaration Form (On the New joining)
Form No. 3A:- Per Month contribution
Form No. 13:-For Transfer of PF from previous employer to new employer
Form No. 31:- For advance (for Home loan, Merriage etc.)
Form No. 10 C, 19, 5, 10 & 3A for withdrawl of PF

for annual returns we use Form -6A(Revised) & Form 3A (Revised). Please let me know
for half-yearly returns do use the same form?
