Struggling with My Internship Report on Induction Manuals – Any Advice on What to Include?

I am pursuing my MBA. During my internship, I was given the task of preparing the induction manual for the company, and I found the site very useful. Now, I have to prepare a project report on what I did during the internship, and I am really confused about what to write in the report. Please help/guide.
