How Can I Close My EPF Accounts Across Multiple States for My House Construction?

I have worked in 6 different IT companies so far in my 17-year career. Please find below the status of my EPF account in these companies:

Company 1 - Kerala State: I have the old EPF account number and the new one (found from the EPF site), but the balance is not being displayed for this.

Company 2 - Kerala State: I have the old EPF account number and the new one (found from the EPF site), but the balance is not being displayed for this.

Company 3 - Karnataka State: I have the old EPF account number and the new one (found from the EPF site), but the balance is not being displayed for this.

Company 4 - Karnataka State: I know the EPF balance in this.

Company 4A - A division of Company 4 itself, but in AP State: I know the EPF balance in this.

Company 5 - Karnataka State: I know the EPF balance in this.

Company 6 - My present company, Karnataka.

I would like to know how I can close/withdraw the amount from these accounts. Is it possible that I can take any external firm's help for this to coordinate all these? Do you have any suggestions for the Bangalore area? I would like to close the old EPF accounts and get the money, as my house construction is going on.

Company 3
When I try to download the passbook, it is shown as an 'Inoperative account'.

Company 1 and 2
When I try to download the passbooks, it gives the following error:
Please check whether you have entered the correct account number. If yes, then details of the entered account number are not available at the portal for verifying the account number as it is not uploaded by the concerned EPFO Office. You may contact the concerned PF Office that maintains your account.
