Need Help Creating an Organizational Chart for a Small Software Company – Any Samples or Tips?

I am working at a software development company where we have three departments and 25 employees working across all departments. I want to prepare an organizational chart for my company. Can anyone please send some samples of organizational charts, or let me know the required inputs to prepare one?
