Will My New Employer Verify My Background If My First Company No Longer Exists?

Hi, I have over 4 years of experience in the IT field. I would like to know if they will verify my background and education certificates again. I am actually looking forward to joining a new company. What will happen if my first company is no longer present?

It depends on the company policies. If your new company has a policy to check employee verification, then they will ask for it.

Secondly, don't worry if your previous organization no longer exists. You just need to produce documents like an offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, and salary slips when required. These documents are more than enough to prove that you worked with the organization; otherwise, they might be considered counterfeit.
