I am working as an HR Business Partner in one of the leading Indian companies, Tata Group. I need to project a plan of action for employee engagement activities. Just a summary:
Since the employees are deployed on the client side, there are not many activities taking place. The activities that we take care of are:
1. Birthday gifts
2. Festival events (Dussehra, Diwali, and Women's Day)
3. Outbound
I would appreciate any new suggestions apart from the above. Kindly advise.
