Frustrated with Delayed PF Withdrawal: How Can I Contact the PF Office for Updates?

I have resigned from my employer on 15th May 2013. My employer has forwarded Form 10C and Form 19 to the PF office, and the PF office received them by 21st April 2014. However, I have not yet received the PF amount.

I have been seeing this "under process" message for 2 months now. My PF account number is AP/HYD/23034/88956. Is there a contact number for the PF office or an email address I can use to communicate with them? Please advise when I can expect to receive my PF amount.
