Hello, Guys! I have a friend who has 3-4 years of experience in core IT and non-IT recruitments. She wants to make a career progression in recruitments only. To get an edge over other recruiters, she wants to know if there is any certificate or course she can do to enhance her skills and stand out among other recruiters. We know there are abundant options available, which is why she is seeking advice.

Unfortunately, we don't have any recruiter-specific certification available in India that can provide a good ROI in the job market. Certifications like AIRS are more commonly used in the US market. While there are many recruiter certification courses available in India on the internet, I have doubts about their market value, which is what your friend is seeking.

She could consider pursuing HR certification courses offered by the HR Certification Institute and SHRM.
