The HR Manager of my organization sends us emails with different issues highlighted in various colors of text. Now, the question is whether this practice is part of the protocol, email etiquette, or simply her own personal style.
Hi, I also agree with Dinesh that the font should be black only. If anything is important, we can highlight the text or make it italic. Writing emails in different colors is the writer's own style. Maybe they want to impress their staff.
