Payment Issue

My name is Ram Singh. I live in Faridabad. I worked with a company said Quatrro Gloabal Services. When I left this company I asked them for their notice period they said it is not required. Now, They are not paying my salary and they say you did not serve notice for 60 days. I have all the relevant document of this company. I need help.

Check the clause of notice period in your appointment letter and take appropriate action against the company.
