Can someone please help me with a Code of Conduct/Employee Handbook for a Construction Company? I have been asked to prepare this for my organization. Hence, I request you to kindly post any documents that you might have pertaining to the code of conduct in the construction industry which I can use as a reference to prepare a COC for my company.

Suhan, you have been given some leads on where to look for relevant information. Although there may not be something posted there that pertains exactly to the Construction Industry, there is more than enough general information here on CiteHR to enable you to develop your handbook. All you need to do is adapt that information to your organization and put your company-specific information into the relevant sections. Every business and organization is different. What is relevant for one may not be relevant for another.

There must be hundreds of examples of handbooks posted here now. This question is asked over and over again, several times every week. Instead of reinventing the wheel, make your job easy by making use of the valuable information already posted here.
