How Do I Structure Salary Breakups for Different Gross Salary Ranges? Need Your Guidance!

Hi Everyone, Currently, my company wants a salary breakup that includes the following parts of the gross salary:

- Basic Salary
- DA
- HRA
- Conveyance Allowance
- Medical Allowance
- Other Allowances

Kindly provide me with guidelines for percentage fixing for the above breakup. I need a salary breakup ranging from a gross salary of 6000-10000, 10000-15000, up to 1 lakh.

Salary Breakup Guidelines

Basic - 50% of CTC
HRA - 40% of Basic
Conv - 800
Medical - 1250
Children Allowance - 200
