Curious About Job Titles in Product Development? Share Your Company's Designation Levels!

pavithra.kandaswamy@gmail.com
Hi All,

I am working in a product development company and I am just doing a comparative analysis of the designations in other product development companies. Basically, we have a development team and testing team. The low level or the entry level is given the designation "Associate Developer" / "Tester" and in the next level, it is "Development Engineer" / "Tester". So kindly share with me what types of designations you have in your company if it is a product development company or any other.

Designations for Development / Testing:
- Entry level / fresher
- 1-2 yrs
- 2-3 yrs
- 4+ yrs
- 7+ yrs
- Senior level

If you could share this, it would be a lot of help for me.

Regards,
