Poaching Agreement

Hi Seniors I work in a General Insurance company as an OFF ROLE EMPLOYEE in a Banca Channel with an Mnc Bank. I want to Join the Bank and appeared for the interview and clear the same. They are asking for Noc for further process. They said there is a poaching agreement. Is poaching agreement apply on me? As I am an off role employee

Generally, the Anti Poaching agreements do not apply to off roll employees; need to refer the agreement if available.
if the company gives you offer letter at an extended date, you can resign from the current employer and if possible join the new employer after a gap.
