I have been working with a Limited company for the past 3 years. Now, I am trying to change jobs within this company. I have a balance of leaves to take: PL-59, SL-7, CL-4. Is it mandatory to give any notice period?
Usually, companies will give the option to either serve the notice period or pay in lieu of the notice period. Please check your appointment order. If there is such an option, you can pay the notice period salary and leave the job immediately.
Secondly, notice period adjustment in existing leave is dependent on the company's policy, so please check your company policy for the same.
