How Can We Revamp Our Salon's Incentive Plan Without Breaking the Bank?

I am looking forward to help. Please share and guide an incentive plan for the salon industry. It's a renowned high-end salon where incentives are currently distributed at 10% of the billing. However, we would like to reduce the cost, maybe by fixing it or basing it on some other parameter.

Instead of an incentive, I suggest considering variable pay. Variable pay is provided based on employees' performance and is payable yearly at the end of the year. We want to design the CTC to include variable pay. It will work.
