Complete procedure of registration under various act such PF, ESI, Factory Act, Shop & Establishment Act, VAT, Service Tax, Excise, MCD, Luxury Tax etc can be checked on website of each Act. There is no single window where you can access all information at one place.
You also need to check applicability of all the act to your organization.
