Hi friends I need your urgent help. I was working with a KPO in Mumbai. As I got another offer from a reputed company I gave spot resignation in February 2014. As I didnt serve the notice period of 2 months I agreed to pay two months salary to the company to get my relieving letter. The HR of the company wasnt sure about the DD amount (suprised) & told me to make DD of Rs 32000. After few days told me to cancel the DD & make another DD of Rs 35000 which I made & gave it to them in April 2014. Despite paying the full two months salary the HR told me to wait for 45 days for the F&F to process which I did. Now recently I contacted them about the relieving letter they told me to contact another dept who told me that my F&F has come negative as I didnt give them the DD amount. I mailed them the scanned copies of the DD keeping in CC the HR. Now the HR is telling me to make another DD of Rs 2459 to release the relieving letter. I disputed with them as according to the terms & condition in my Offer letter I'm supposed to pay 2 months salary which comes to (17500+17500)=35000 of which I have already paid Rs 35000 now they want Rs 2459 more which I dont understand. As per the F&F PDF which i have received from the company the "Notice pay recovery amount is 34417", the HR is not very sure as to what my F&F is and are quoting Rs 37459.
