I would like to bring to your notice that our company has decided to terminate the security services. There are many issues we are facing, so we decided to take this action. We had many expectations from your end as a security company; however, the personnel provided by your company are not as efficient as we thought. We observed them not following our company rules, and we have also found personnel missing from their positions. Many employees have complained about the mismanagement of the security personnel. We do not accept such things in our company, and thus we decided to terminate the service. We will terminate the service from the 3rd of next month.
If you believe I am not following the rules of termination of services of 2 months (60 days), please share if you have any written agreement or any email conversation with our company. Please contact the responsible employees who have the right for the same. Some days back, you made a decision to withdraw your service from our company, but we are giving you proper time and notice for planning and withdrawing service from our assignment. I hope you will stop sending such kinds of emails and messages.
