Struggling to Find Historical Minimum Wage Data for 2004-2013: Can You Help?

Recently, I was assigned the task of overseeing Human Resources in addition to Business Development. The most challenging part for me is that I am unable to access information on Minimum Wages from January 1, 2004, to December 31, 2013. We also provide Legal Advisory services through our team of Advocates. Therefore, I require a document that outlines the Minimum Wages in a Law Firm, as detailed below, for the years 2004 to 2013 inclusive:

Hi Ravi, The Minimum Wages Act varies from state to state, so could you please specify if you belong to Maharashtra? I have my entire research team working on this, but we have had no luck so far. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
