Recently we had a shop and establishment inspection. Inspector who visited our office had asked for following form to use.
1. Attendance to be maintained in Form J
2. Leave Register detailed in Form M
3. Pay & Wage Register in form 2A
4. Leave Book -Form N
5. Form E
6. Inspection visit book
Request all if you have above forms and your are following the same manually or have a computerized format, please send us.

THESE BOOKS ARE AVAILABLE IN BOOKSHOPS WHO SELLS FACTORY REGISTERSAND SHOPS AND ESTTS. REGISTERS. OK CARRY ON. IF YOU DIDN'T FOUND THAT SHOP /. If possible pl. procure below referred stationary—
1. Form – III Muster roll cum Wage register under Minimum Wages Act and Maharashtra Rules.
2. 1 copy of Attendance card and 1 copy of wages slips under the Minimum Wages and Maharashtra Rules.
3. Inspection book under the Minimum Wages Act and Maharashtra Rules.
4. Over time Register under Minimum Wages Act and Maharashtra Rules.
5. Register - Form ‘I’ under Maharashtra Workers Minimum HRA Act 1983.
6. Register of HRA Form ‘A’ under Maharashtra Workers Minimum HRA Act 1983.
7. Visit book for Maharashtra Workers Minimum HRA Act 1983.

Does labor inspection happen when you apply for a shops and establishment certificate and is one supposed to keep all these registers handy for such inspection .
