please let me know the minimum wages was revised by notification dt-03/03/14 and thereafter D.A was declared for period 03/03/14 to 30/06/14 Rs.1624 which was reduced from Rs.2898.70 please let me know the same Rs.1624 is revised D.A revised to reshedule the minimum wages or else and same is applicable to the workmen who are below minimum wages and not applicable to workment with above minimum wages, and thereafter the D.a for period 01/07/14 to 31/12/14 was declared Rs.1652 than the D.a to workers above minimum wages we have to pay Rs.28 i.e, 1652 - 1624 it is right.
that is the D.a for workers above minimum wages will get for period 01/07/14 to 31/12/14 is Rs.28 , 1652- 1628=28 and this workers above minimum wages are not liable for Rs.1624.
please clarify.
