Excellent presentation.
New hires need to be competent or trained to become competent.
New hires also need adequate or better talent for the job.
Face-to-face interviews are necessary to learn if an applicant fits the culture but face-to-face interviews are not very effective at determining if an applicant has a talent for the job.
I did not find talent mentioned in the presentation.
