Nice to meet you. As a HR person, you have lot of responsibilities against the employees.
The following are required for HR person.
1) Migle with the workmen/employees.
2) Take care of the workmen by providing all the welfare emenities.
3) Recruitment & T&D are vital roles particularly in HR. You concentrate on the same.
4) Read books to improve knowledge on Labour Laws.
5) Fulfill the grievances of employees without any delay.
6) Implement the statutory payments to be made and ensure that the same should reach to the concerned.
Over all, this subject is very huge. It takes time to get thorough in Labour Laws.

A) Salary strucutre will be given as under:
1) Basic
2) HRA
3) Conveyance allownce
4) Medical allowance
B) PF calculations are as follows:
1) Employee 12% on Rs.6500/- wage / salary
2) Employer 12% on Rs.6500/- wage / salary
3) Balance 1.61% for Admn. charges etc.
C) ESI calculations as as follows:
1) Employee 1.75% on gross wage / salary (limit is Rs.15,000/-)
2) Employer 4.75% on gross wage / salary (limit is Rs.15,000/-)
