Understanding PF Settlements: Can Employees Withdraw the Full 24% Contribution?

Hi, my name is Aditya, and I'm working in an IT company as a Trainee HR. My query is when an employee resigns from their job, kindly provide me with details of their PF settlement account-wise. This information is urgent.

Can the employee withdraw the total 24% (from both employee and employer contributions)?

Regards, Aditya

Please note that after claiming your EPF accumulation following the completion of 3 years of service, you can receive the full amount, i.e., (12% + 3.67%) + interest rate + 8.33% (EPS accumulation). The Family Pension Fund amount will only be forfeited if the contribution accumulation is less than 180 days or 6 months. If the contribution accumulation is completed for 10 years, the amount will be transferred to the scheme and will be paid in the form of a pension after reaching 58 years of age.
