Hi, My name is aditya and i m working in IT company as Trainee HR,
My query is when employee will resign from job, tell me his PF settlement after the resign with A/c Wise please its urgent.
Can he able to withdrawal total 24% ( From employee and Employer Contribution)

Please note down that after claiming you EPF accumulation after completion of 3 yrs. of service you can get full amount i.e (12%+3.67%)+ intrest rate + 8.33% (EPS accumulation), the Family Pension Fund amount will only be forfeited if the contribution if the contribution of accumulation is less than of 180 days or 6 months.If the contribution is of accumulation is completed for 10 years then amount goes to scheme and will be paid in form of pension after completion of 58 yrs. of age.
