All of us use to be a part of many meetings every day in our daily routine work. On the basis of that only i have tried to prepare a PPt on "Meetings". You are welcome to see and put your valuable suggestions on the same.

Dear Vikas,
Please let us know who your target audience is? Is it for:

• viewers online?

• mailing to people?

• contact (personal) training sessions?

Depending on your answer, readers of this post will probably add a lot more to the few suggestions below:
a) Please do a spellcheck
b) In slide 10, you use 'policies' where 'action items' or some such phrase might be more appropriate because we don't always have policy related meetings.
c) In slide 14, your last item says 'Meetings never get better'. If I understood you correctly, you mean to say that because they stay the same.
