Dear Vikas,

Please let us know who your target audience is. Is it for:

- viewers online?
- mailing to people?
- contact (personal) training sessions?

Depending on your answer, readers of this post will probably add a lot more to the few suggestions below:

a) Please do a spell check.
b) In slide 10, you use 'policies' where 'action items' or some such phrase might be more appropriate because we don't always have policy-related meetings.
c) In slide 14, your last item says 'Meetings never get better.' If I understood you correctly, you mean to say that they stay the same.
