Hi, I am working with a facility housekeeping services management company. It's a private limited firm with two founders and one manager. I need to prepare a leave policy for everyone, including myself, the manager, and the workers. Please give me your valuable suggestions.

You can have a flat leave structure, or you can include Paid Leaves, Sick Leaves, and Casual Leaves. On average, you can have 1.50 or 1.75 paid leaves per month and 4+4 sick and casual leaves.
