Creating a Comprehensive Leave Policy for a Private Limited Firm: Insights and Recommendations

Hi, I am working with the facility housekeeping services management company. It's a private limited firm working with 2 founders and one manager.

I need to prepare a leave policy for all, including me and the manager, also for the workers. Please give me your valuable suggestions.

Hi Isha, you can discuss with the founders/manager about how many leaves to be allotted to all per month. You can have a flat leave structure or you can have Paid Leaves, Sick leaves, and casual leaves too. On average, you can have 1.50 or 1.75 paid leaves per month and 4+4 sick and casual leaves.
