Trainess Or Full Time Employees

Hi,
I am working with an IT company having 15 employees,We are paying ESIC also but not PF as employees are below 20.
Now my company is planning to opt a new strategy.We are hiring fresher Btech and Mtech pass outs for PHP Developer and BDM profile.They will be hired as a trainees for 6 months then after performance evaluation they will be on pay roll of company means regular employee..But in training period also they will have to work for 8 hours and we will pay them 7-8 K salary P.M.
I want to know is it possible that we can hire them as trainee and dont pay ESIC for initial six months and start paying ESIC after 6 months.
Secondly if its possible then what will be the salary structure in offer letter.Currently there are 3 components Basic,DA,Conveyance allowance and ESIC.
please provide guidance in this case
