Please provide me with the fire drill observation points, or we can say, what are the improvement areas during a fire drill.

The following are the areas to be noted during the fire/evacuation drill:

- The process of the drill, i.e., who has alarmed and the flow of evacuation, roles played by the core team.
- Time taken to evacuate.
- Headcount/number of people evacuated, i.e., employees, visitors, contractors if any, crèche/medical center.
- Improvement plan if any, like reducing the time, training needs on using the extinguisher, etc.
